How Custom Orders Work

  • Have a design in mind that isn’t listed on our page? Get in touch with us via email or Instagram to discuss your concept.

2. Feasibility Check:

  • While we strive to accommodate all requests, custom orders are subject to practical feasibility based on the design, materials, and crafting process.

3. Material and Design Flexibility:

  • Choose from a range of leather colors and thread colors to suit your taste.
  • We will do our best to create a product inspired by your idea. However, we cannot promise an exact replica of existing models due to copyright considerations.

4. Pricing:

  • Custom designs will cost more than our standard products.
  • Pricing is determined by factors such as:
    • Leather consumption
    • Thread usage
    • Time required
    • Hardware and other materials
  • Additional costs account for designing from scratch and the trial-and-error process involved in achieving the final product.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Custom Orders

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the made-to-order nature of our personalized items, cancellation requests for these orders are handled differently:

  • If production on your customized item has not yet begun, we will happily cancel your order and issue a full refund.
  • Once the item enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • To check the production status of your personalized order and request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend reaching out within the first 24 hours to increase the likelihood that production has not started.
Refund Policy:
  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product caused by a mistake on our end. We ensure all items go through a thorough quality check before delivery.
