- Estimated Transit Time: Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. Delivery to remote locations or during major holidays may require additional time.
International Shipping
- Courier Services: International orders will be shipped via DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination.
- Shipping Rates: Rates start at $30 and will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order.
- Estimated Transit Time: Delivery for international shipments ranges from 7-18 business days.
- Customs and Duties: Customs duties and taxes may be applicable based on the recipient country's regulations. The recipient is solely responsible for these charges, which will be collected directly by the courier service.
Remote Location Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances where delivery to a remote location is not feasible, The Leather Hut will contact the customer to explore alternative solutions. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be processed within the designated timeframe.
