Returns and Refund Policy
At The Leather Hut, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every handcrafted piece we create, reflecting our commitment to the utmost quality. However, we understand that returns may be necessary at times, and we are here to assist you through the process.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Unfortunately, returns and refunds are not applicable for customized or personalized products.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.
- Claims for damaged items must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. Without this, returns will not be accepted.
Return Initiation:

- Once approved, returns should be sent to the following address:

Return Shipping:
- All returns must be shipped via a courier service with tracking options.
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.
- The Leather Hut cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return transit, the cost of which will have to be bared by the customer.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to determine if it meets our return criteria.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-12 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Please note that the refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping charges.
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original item (following the above guidelines) and then place a new order.
The Leather Hut reserves the right to approve/reject refund claims after inspection of items returned.
